1. Assist in identifying, evaluating and recommending the most appropriate investor;
2. Assist in ascertaining pricing & deal structuring, negotiation & finalizing key commercial terms;
3. Set due diligence agenda and coordinate the due diligence process with appointed legal counsel, and accountants;
4. Advise the Client on the principal commercial issues in the shareholders agreement and term sheets;
5. Liaise with legal counsel to formalize a definitive share subscription and shareholders agreement;

Outcome:

SkyQuest and it's team of professionals closed a deal of 5 Mn USD within 4 months via VC Funding.
