  • May 2022: All shares of San Diego-based Allegro 3D Inc. were acquired by BICO Group AB for an upfront enterprise value of USD 6 million. This acquisition cemented BICO Group AB's leadership in 3D bioprinting solutions globally by broadening its range of advanced bioprinting technologies. 
  • November 2021: CollPlant Biotechnologies Ltd., a leader in regenerative and cosmetic medicine, announced the introduction of Collink.3D, a recombinant human collagen (rhCollagen)-based bioInk solution for 3D bioprinting.
